Just Say Yes (free) 05:31
I just want to be Free to do as I please I’d think you’d want that too But please forgive me if I assume Those who tell us lies Don’t want us to fly too high They want us to stay down On our knees, on the ground Fear’s what brings us down Keeps us tied down to the ground So we live upon our knees That don’t make much sense to me Those who keep us down Don’t want us to leave the ground They don’t want us to see Any other way to be It’s hard to let go It’s hard to say “yes” instead of “no” But the time has come to change Reconstruct and rearrange Fear’s what brings us down Keeps us tied down to the ground So we live upon our knees That don’t make much sense to me
2.
What I don't want Is for you to feel pain And I don't want You to be a pawn in their game If you want To leave us behind We'd like you to know That we won't think you unkind If you don't want To stay in this world Remember that you're free And really, you always were What I do want For you to know Is that you'll stay inside my heart For the rest of my life, until it's my turn to go
3.
I am ready to fight For what I think is right And I Am ready to die If I Lose the fight And God Knows I’m willing To do the killing If they Tell me to That’s what I’ll do I’ll obey Do what they say Cause that’s what soldier’s do So what If children die And women cry out And blood Bathes us all Some must fall For the good of all It’s plain to see Freedom is not free And war Is just a game That I play It’s all the same to me Anyway At home Or a foreign land I’ll make my stand When My mother saw Me sail off She cried But I Felt no shame I’m in the game, now And I Won’t back down And I Know I might Lose the fight But my side Will win It ain’t no sin What you do In a war That’s exactly what it’s for And I Know I’m right To fight this fight Stand my ground I won’t bow down To the enemy It’s plain to see Freedom is not free And war Is just a game It’s my claim to fame So my name Might live on And when I’m gone If you’re free You may remember me

Things may be the way they are But somehow I still found a way to travel far Now that I've been round the globe I'd like to share a bit of what it is I think I know Everywhere i've been people are the same With different colored skin and different names Different clothes, different gods, different drinks in their bars But people everywhere liked the sound of my guitar The politicians lie and make their self serving plans Our so called leaders plot to keep us as divided as they can The power lies with the people the kings and queens know that's true But they know how to keep us fighting so there's not much we can do It's hard to say that one way is best And I just don't believe some are better than the rest But people learn from people how to keep other people down I've seen it in the cities, I've seen it in the towns Things may be the way they are But music helps me to stay free and travel far I like to get into my guitar and ride It takes me way up high above and deep down inside A universal language is one we all understand If you're yellow, white, black, red or brown, a woman or a man For a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Pagan, Atheist or Jew For a Buddhist or a Shaman, good music is the truth

Cold, hard rain It’s gonna come down And wash all the dirt Right into the ground Some kind of rain You know it’s about to fall Nothing but a shame To do nothing at all I fell down Then I got up again Things are going better now Then they were then I fell down But I got up again I’m doing better now Than I was then Better days Gonna come round again Winds of change are blowing They're blowing, my friend Better days Gonna come back to stay The wind’s gonna blow The dust away
6.
Lifting you up Has made me tired It's time for me to quit your game On my own I'll fly much higher I am not now Nor was I really ever Yours, to push and pull around Yours, for your endeavors I don't really want to lead you But I can no longer follow Yesterday I was your fool But not today and not tomorrow I know Something Better is waiting for me I'm gonna Leave now Be who it is I want to be We did some good things In our time together We sailed through clear seas And bad bad weather But with you now I'm feeling old I'm not at all inspired That's the truth I just told So I guess I'm not a liar I don't really want to lead you But I can no longer follow Where you lead I won't go Not today, not tomorrow
7.
All you who judge the cover, not the book Why don't you take a better look? You have to get to the pages inside To find out what's real behind the lies I had a friend who chose to believe What people said instead of asking me He judged me falsely, it hurt me to my core It's sad but we're not friends no more It seems the whole world has gone blind Almost no one tries to look inside How things appear to be On the surface is all that is seen The truth is easy to conceal Repeat a lie enough to make it real The truth gets buried, the truth gets dead When lies become the "facts" inside our heads Some people are open books You can size them up with just one look But most of us keep our pages closed To keep from getting too exposed It seems the whole world has gone blind Almost no one tries to look inside How things appear to be On the surface is all that is seen Read me just like you would a book Don't judge me till you take a better look You have to get to the pages inside To find what's real behind the lies

Where you are in the world Is where I am heading I want to be close Everyone can see it I don't want to be apart I want you by my side It's no good when you are far I get so messed up inside Please Please Stay by my side I need Need You by my side We're all alone in this world You and me You are my home, girl So please don't leave I don't want to be apart I need you by my side It's all wrong when you are far I just don't feel alive I Want You to know You Are Deep in my soul With you by my side I can fly and walk through fire You're the reason why I'm so inspired I don't want to be apart I need you by my side I know it's wrong but when you're far I think of suicide So please Please Stay by my side I need Need You by my side

The Red Pill 04:15
On this road That I’m traveling I can see The threads unraveling Everything Has a number I want to wake up From this slumber I want to go there Can you take me But not too fast Don’t break me If it’s real I want to see Ask the question Find the key I don’t want to Be just a number I want to wake up From this slumber This isn’t real Will you wake me But not too fast Don’t break me I don’t want to Get sucked under But I’d prefer Not to have to wonder All my life I’ve been waiting Hanging on Anticipating

I'm gonna turn off the tv And feel my heartbeat I'd prefer to walk than Stay in the back seat And get driven around It's a beautiful time To be living and I don't have to eat The crap they're giving I can grow my own They only show us All the bad things They inject us with So many sad things To keep us full of fear I'd prefer to see Some good things They just tell me All the bad things To control my mind Please don't tell me What you're thinking I don't really care anymore And I'm tired of sinking Of you pulling me down It's time to wake up And feel my heartbeat Enough is enough Gonna get on my feet And take back my world This is my time Cause I'm alive now That gives me the right To live my life how I want it to be It's time to wake up And feel our hearts beat Enough is enough Let's get on our feet And take back our world This is our time Cause we're alive now And we have the right To decide how Our world should be I'm gonna turn off the tv And feel my heartbeat Life is too short To stay in the backseat And get driven around
